AbLang2 upstream/PyPI verified (oxpig/AbLang2, ablang2 0.2.1, rev 586af3083c32b5fb2f0a1c855f2ad4f1cad15ec3). Wheel/source staged and Zenodo weights URL reachable (~166 MB). Import test passed. Public Zenodo ablang2-paired weights download repeatedly failed/closed early; partial corrupt weight files were removed. Paired VH/VL smoke produced seqcoding shape 1x480, likelihood shape 1x231x26, confidence shape 1, finite metrics, and artifacts summary.json, results.csv, seqcoding.npy, likelihood.npy, confidence.npy, job.log, slurm.out, and slurm.err. 2026-07-07T21:13:16+08:00 SOP production validation: added real runner adapter for ablang2 paired VH/VL inference. Deployed via shared python312_slim.sif with ablang2_py312_site and palm_py312_site CPU Torch dependencies. Runner API job a7e5e164f974 / Slurm job 514 completed in 3.633 s using cached ablang2-paired Zenodo weights. Output shapes: seqcoding 1x480, likelihood 1x223x26, confidence 1; all finite. Artifacts verified: summary.json, results.csv, ablang2_runtime.json, ablang2_input_pairs.json, seqcoding.npy, likelihood.npy, confidence.npy, job.log, slurm.out, slurm.err. Slurm stderr contains only the expected PyTorch trusted local weight-loading FutureWarning.
