Toy protein FASTA smoke completed with --protein --iterations 0, generated best-sequence.fasta length 84 and all expected VaxPress outputs: report.html, best-sequence.fasta, checkpoints.tsv, log.txt, parameters.json, plus summary.json, results.csv, job.log, slurm.out, and slurm.err. Nonfree LinearFold/LinearDesign extras were not used. 2026-07-08T00:33:06+08:00 SOP runner-adapter pass: added real backend adapter using shared python312_slim.sif and vaxpress_py312_site with isolated tool PYTHONPATH.
