ImmuneBuilder 1.2 from upstream source uses the shared AbodyBuilder3 CPU PyTorch SIF/overlay plus tool-local dependencies. Real runner adapter validated through Slurm job 254 on the antibody benchmark; runtime 10.337s, produced a 282411-byte PDB with 3483 ATOM records and downloadable JSON/CSV/log artifacts.
