Used shared python312_slim.sif plus /media/nik/seagate_nik/bio_server/envs/palm_py312_site. Slurm job 368 completed real EVCouplings + DirectedEvolution fixture run, producing 4 finite-scored variants with mutation counts [1,2,2,1] and max mutation constraint respected. Production PLM-guided runs still need mirrored Hugging Face weights under weights/evoprotgrad and probably a lighter dedicated/shared env because imports are slow. 2026-07-07T20:59:50+08:00 SOP production validation: added real runner adapter for evoprotgrad scoped EVCouplings/DirectedEvolution mode. Runner API job 71ae7abdd44a / Slurm job 512 completed in 6.532 s with 4 finite-scored variants, score range 9.536743e-07 to 22.206102, mutation counts [1,2,2,1], and max_mutations_observed=2. Artifacts verified: summary.json, results.csv, evoprotgrad_variants.tsv, evoprotgrad_runtime.json, evoprotgrad.stdout, evoprotgrad.stderr, job.log, slurm.out, slurm.err. PLM/HuggingFace-guided modes remain optional future expansion.
