Waypoint source staged from Outpost-Bio/waypoint rev 18ce3f09ef34aae6660016c988320aa8a33f986f; staged size ~30 MB. Code is Apache-2.0, but real published model/datasets require gated Hugging Face resources (outpost-bio/Waypoint-6m, Atlas, Compass). Slurm job 398 ran prepare-dataset smoke successfully, producing abundance_matrix.parquet and summary.json with 6 samples; no real embedding/model benchmark or web adapter. 2026-07-05 SOP triage: token-free prepare-dataset smoke had passed, but real Waypoint model/data resources are gated Hugging Face assets under outpost-bio including Atlas and Compass. Reclassified from Smoke Pending to Needs Token/License until access is approved and cached.
