Production evidence 2026-07-01: upstream PULCHRA source https://github.com/euplotes/pulchra revision 23a3e4a built on Ubuntu at /media/nik/seagate_nik/bio_server/tools/pulchra/pulchra. Worker Slurm benchmark job 262 rebuilt a 6-residue CA-only PDB into 42 ATOM records. Web runner adapter was then wired to runner_tool pulchra and submitted through cluster runner API as Slurm job 267, remote id 2f77b1a00420. Runtime_seconds 0.002; artifact manifest includes ca_only_input.pdb, ca_only_input.rebuilt.pdb, results.csv, summary.json, stdout/stderr, and Slurm logs. Sanity: 6 CA atoms rebuilt into 40 ATOM records; rebuilt PDB is nonempty/downloadable.
