pDockQ scorer-only path validated with upstream FoldDock scripts and official 1AY7 example. Slurm job 240 completed in 0.257s and reproduced pDockQ 0.302 with PPV 0.81190228. This validates scoring existing AF-style two-chain complex PDBs, not the full FoldDock/AlphaFold pipeline.
